    Duties: Responsible for securing the enterprise's IT infrastructure and services. Research, design, and implement cyber security solutions for organization systems and products that comply with all applicable security policies and standards. Assist in the review and update of cyber security policies, architectures and standards. Independently evaluate security controls used to protect Motional's IT resources and systems and suggest enhancements. Analyze and make recommendations to improve network, system and application architectures. Assist with security risk management initiatives, internal security assessments, vendor security risk assessments, and external security audits. Deploy, administer, and operate security solutions such as vulnerability scanning tools, DLP, CASB, SIEM , EDR, and email security solutions. Analyze security systems and seek improvements continuously. Assist in implementing ISO 27001 controls and evidence generation, collection, and other activities in support of ISO 27001 compliance requirements. Identify security issues or threats and provide appropriate resolutions or make recommendations on how to resolve or identify compensating controls related to security findings. Examine network, server, and application logs to determine trends and identify security incidents. Work with IT and internal and external business partners to ensure that security is factored in the evaluation, selection, installation and configuration process of hardware and software. Function as a key member of the IT Security team working with a wide variety of other technical groups, including Product Cybersecurity and engineering teams. Automate security administration tasks. Adhere to industry best practices for information security. Hybrid remote work permitted. Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information technology or a closely related technical/engineering field. Position also requires five years of information technology implementation maintenance and support experience including three years of hand-on experience in IT Security.Experience must include the following skills but need not be maintained over the full term of experience: Technical expertise in network security knowledge, to include VPN, firewall, network monitoring, intrusion detection, web server security and wireless security, cloud , OT, and the Internet of Things (IoT). Practical experience with content filtering, vulnerability scanning, intrusion protection, defending against network-based attacks, and anti-malware. Ability to research and ascertain best-practices concepts related to all aspects of both system environment and information security. Experience securing cloud environment. Experience providing excellent customer support by troubleshooting network / firewall issues & lead issues to resolution.This position is eligible for employee referral program.
