    We're looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our IT team to oversee the day-to-day operational security of EH2's applications, collaborating with external auditors to ensure SOC and ISO compliance.

    You will work onsite in Natick, MA and will report to the Director of Information Technology.
    Responsibilities
    Lead developing and seamlessly integrating robust security solutions and architectures into our digital applications
    Lead a multidisciplinary team of software engineers and IT security professionals to fortify our security posture and resilience
    Assume responsibility for safeguarding the security, integrity, and privacy of EH2's applications
    Establish and enforce security standards and templates for the software development team to produce secure products and services
    Collaborate with EH2's Director of IT and other team members to maintain continuous compliance, security, and privacy measures
    Implement security monitoring systems and use analytics to guide data-driven decisions in enhancing EH2's security practices
    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent engineering discipline, with a robust understanding of cloud, application, network, and device security
    Exposure to CISSP, CISM, and SANS certifications, with an AWS Certified Security Specialty
    3+ years of hands-on experience in software or IoT application security as a dedicated security engineer
    Production and hands-on experience with AWS and Azure with critical workloads.
    Prior exposure to industrial control systems
    Working knowledge of NIST CSF and its application to energy infrastructure, coupled with experience in compliance and audit practices
    Track record in obtaining SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance
    Experience with security implementation and monitoring

    $150,000 - $173,000 USD

    Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.

    Base salary is just one part of Electric Hydrogen's total rewards package. We feel strongly that our team should not have to worry about having quality healthcare.

    In addition to the base salary offered, the hired applicant may receive:
