    We are looking for a Legal Secretary responsible for the specific duties listed below.

    Your specific duties will include:
    • Furnishing administrative or secretarial support for one to two attorneys and/or legal assistants.
    • Performing transcription of legal documents, correspondence, contracts, and briefs with a high rate of accuracy and speed.
    • Reviewing and editing prepared documents for accuracy.
    • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers, clients, courts, administrative agencies, and others.
    • Maintaining docket book.
    Specific qualifications for the position include :
    • Two-Year College Degree or Equivalent Vocational Business School or Experience.
    • 4 years of progressively responsible secretarial experience.
    • Thorough knowledge of correct English, grammar, spelling (including medical terminology), and punctuation.
    • Thorough knowledge of office methods, procedures, and practices.
    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
