We have an opening for a Production Lead at our ladder production facility in Florence, SC.
    This individual is responsible assigning tasks to team members, providing instruction, and monitoring team members in the course of their work.

    Each manufacturing project requires the supervision or assistance of the production lead, who must be skilled and experienced to ensure production efficiency and quality.

    The production lead also recognizes that safety is of the highest importance and holds themselves responsible for ensuring all team members are educated on safety practices and will coach members when necessary.

    In this position, the production lead is the managers go to person and they must be able to effectively communicate with both the employees and other supervisors.

    This position is responsible for ensuring production goals and quality standards are met on a continual basis from one product to the next.


    What it takes:
    2 years of manufacturing experience, supervision responsibilities requiredAbility to read a tape measure accurately down to 1/16Ability to read blueprints/drawingsAbility to communicate effectively, both verbal and written

    Physical Demands:
    Ability to lift up to 25lbs unassistedAbility to stand, for long periods of time, 12 hours a dayAbility to stoop, bend, and climbAbility to work in extreme temperatures, hot and cold, indoors and outdoorsAbility to work overtime as requiredSkills/
