We are currently looking for a full-time, permanent Head of Dispatch for Long-Distance Transport (m/f/d). The position can be based at our headquarters in Ronnenberg or at our branch in Nuremberg.

Your responsibilities:
Managing national/international dispatch (long-distance transport)

Leading/building and motivating employees Establishing and strategically aligning, planning, and further developing existing long-distance transport routes Controlling and monitoring work processes Negotiating contracts with subcontractors and managing them Responsibility for cost centers Analyzing key figures and initiating measures for improvement Participating in regular management meetings Responsibility for maximizing the use of existing capacities Your profile:
