- Supervising and mentoring associates in the litigation practice.

- Assisting with fact development, depositions, and other aspects of case preparation.
- Reviewing and drafting discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
- Contributing to the development of case strategy.
- Minimum of 8 years of litigation experience.
- Experience with product liability and/or complex commercial litigation.
- Previous practice experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and bar admission.
- Medical and/or scientific background is highly preferred.
- Superior research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Multitasking and prioritization abilities are essential for success.
