    Client Onboarding/Scheduling Specialist

    We are an expanding Government Consulting Firm located in Clearwater, FL, actively seeking proficient individuals experienced in data entry and customer communication.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Engage with customers effectively

    ● Offer detailed information regarding processing and status

    ● Resolve product issues and address concerns efficiently

    ● Collaborate with teammates and other departments.

    ● Maintain accurate customer records through diligent documentation

    ● Stay updated on the latest products and services to provide informed assistance

    ● This position entails full-time commitment from Monday to Friday, with ample opportunities for career advancement within our company.

    ● Other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

    Qualifications:

    ● High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

    ● Experience in phone etiquette and scheduling

    ● Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workplace and Adobe Acrobat

    ● Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

    ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    ● Punctuality and reliability

    ● Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

    ● Strong communication skills with clients and team members

    ● Willingness to learn and continuously improve
