Responsibilities:


  • Obtain and evaluate quotes from suppliers
  • Conduct project reports with manufacturers
  • Find optimal solutions for our customers' requirements
  • Create and calculate offers in the ERP system
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Process orders
  • Make purchasing decisions and place orders
  • Track orders and maintain delivery dates
  • Check incoming deliveries and perform quality control
  • Handle returns and complaints

Requirements:


  • Completed commercial or technical education, ideally as an IT system management specialist (m/f/d)
  • Previous experience in purchasing and/or inside sales
  • Professional communication with business partners
  • Structured and independent work style
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Affinity for current IT topics
  • Knowledge of industry and market is an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken German
