The exclusive selection of products, the fine and intuitive sense for trends, and their artistic implementation have significantly shaped the image of Alsterhaus.

On six floors, the premium store presents many shopping highlights - from international luxury brands in fashion, accessories, beauty, home, and gourmet - and combines tradition and modernity in a pioneering way when it comes to shopping culture.


Job Description:

Your Responsibilities As the "Head of Sales (m/f/d)" for Alsterhaus, you are an essential part of the management team and have a direct impact on the success of our store.

You report to the General Manager.


You lead a team of approximately 16 department managers and deputy department managers for the areas of fashion, beauty, food, home & living, and luxury.

You are responsible for the operational daily routines, processes, and service standards on the sales floor and continuously develop them.


You take on the strategic planning and management of sales activities throughout the store and ensure that visual merchandising is implemented according to the marketing plan of the KaDeWe Group.


You represent Alsterhaus at external partners and local and international events and act as a spokesperson for internal and external communication.
