With the following main tasks:


  • You will be responsible for all tasks within our final inspection, including dimensional measurements on coordinate measuring machines, programming and operation of laser and proof testing systems, as well as visual inspection of parts.
  • Our clean room also falls within the scope of final inspection here, various activities are carried out, including packaging according to strict regulations.
  • You will independently lead shift handovers, take over fine disposition of production orders during your shift, and coordinate the deployment of colleagues accordingly.
  • You are responsible for demandoriented shift and vacation planning, as well as conducting training measures for your shift.
  • In general, you ensure quality and output in production and take on disciplinary responsibility.

Your profile:


  • You have several years of experience in final inspection, quality control, or a similar area. A technician or master could assist you, but is not mandatory.
  • Through your professional experience, you are familiar with the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of production systems.
  • You tackle tasks with enthusiasm and structure, take on responsibility willingly, and ideally have already gained some leadership experience.
  • You are a true team player and contribute to a positive work environment with your open, communicative nature and cooperative work style.
  • Working in shifts and flexible work assignments are not a problem for you.
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, as well as basic PC knowledge, complete your profile.
