- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and other cross-functional teams, to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to industry best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Drive the execution of projects, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the software development team.

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract, hire, and retain top software engineering talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- 10+ years leading software development teams, projects, or similar.
- 6+ years' experience in Software Development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, Agile principles, and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve high-quality results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of object-oriented development.
- Understanding of cloud-based platforms to identify possible opportunities for usage.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL databases.
- Advanced knowledge of .NET or similar web application technology
- Understanding of modern automated testing best practices.
