    Position Title - Contract Specialist

    Location - Dallas, TX

    The Role
    • You will enter new contracts in our database and follow up on new contract documentation.
    • Track and maintain all upcoming North American colocation renewals and increases
    • Work with and communicate effectively with peers across multiple departments
    • you will manage minor issues and requests, especially regarding contract terms and lifecycle.
    • Create opportunities and quotes for North American colocation renewals
    • Gather required information for quarterly/yearly audits
    • Provide assistance for training initiatives for new regions coming online to the Oracle platform
    • Actively review processes and look for ways to streamline and/or automate
    • Act as a leader within the company
    The Requirements
    • BA/BS degree or 4 years of relevant experience
    • Expert knowledge of contract legal language
    • Good understanding of customer contracts, especially Global, Master, and leveled Service agreements
    • Knowledge of Oracle Subscription Management, Oracle Contract Lifecycle, Oracle CPQ, , ServiceNow, MS Office are a plus
    • Ability to work efficiently to provide a quick turnaround time on contracting processing
    • Prior experience in working directly with internal Sales personnel
    • Ability to work efficiently and seamlessly on virtual teams and across multiple time zones
    • Self-starter with strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, result-oriented attitude
    • Detail oriented with the ability to interpret internal and external requests
