    ****Loan Support Specialist - Louisville, KY****

    First Financial Bank has an immediate opening for a **Loan Support Specialist** in our office located in Louisville, KY.

    The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the AG Loan Office and management in the performance of daily duties as outlined below.

    **Essential Duties & Responsibilities:** Contact customers to resolve delinquent insurance and real estate tax bills. Distribute collateral inspection reports to loan officers and contractors and follow up to make sure they are completed and returned by due date. Collect annual financial information from customers. Records management and retention. Answer phones and distribute mail. Assistant loan officers with debt verifications. Compile and scan loan files. Track and file Uniform Commercial Code continuations. Schedule, request and work with tracking reports. Communicate with customers by phone and by written correspondence. Order and maintain office supplies.

    **Education/Experience Requirements:** High school diploma or GED; plus at least three years of successful experience in two or more of the following areas preferred: administrative support, lending related customer service, computer operations.

    **Other Skills and Abilities:** Proficient in Microsoft Office products and imaging software. Ability to be flexible, identify priorities and work independently and with a team. Must be disciplined and exercise critical thinking skills. Excellent communication skills both orally and written. Ability to manage time wisely.
