Your tasks as a Passenger Service Agent (gn) at Munich Airport:

Identity check of passengers
Providing information on flight times, gate information and general inquiries
Checking for permissible luggage
Welcoming passengers
Checking required travel documents (passport, visa) according to international country regulations
Greeting and assisting passengers at checkin
Ensuring compliance with applicable safety and quality standards
Issuing boarding passes and handling baggage tasks
