For our client, a leading manufacturer of medical technology that combines tradition and innovation, we are looking for

Conventional Machine Setter - Career Changers (m/f/d) in Neuss

Your tasks will include:

You will set up conventional grinding machines for the production of highquality medical products.
Operation including clamping, unclamping, removal and setup will be your main task.
You will regularly and accurately perform independent quality control of precision products.
In the 3shift operation, you will establish yourself as a valuable team member and contribute your own ideas for optimizing work processes.

Your qualifications:

You have experience in mechanical metal processing (e.g. grinding), understanding of machine processes, or technical aptitude.
We also give career starters with a failed final exam in a metal profession or career changers without vocational training but with experience in metal processing a chance.
You are eager for challenges, responsible work, and enjoy your job.
