- Implement time saving process improvements throughout the NSA manufacturing plant
- Mistake prevention by having clear work instructions

- Ensure that appropriate training/cross training is provided to team members

FLSA Status: Exempt
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview: Direct responsibility for the management of all production teams (1st shift) in your "Area". The GOAL of this position is to meet Operation Goals of Output and Efficiency while at the same time supporting the needs of the Plant Manager. In order to be successful the employee must be a tremendous leader that is grounded in the principles of Lean manufacturing, problem solving, able to lead the line leaders, and be an excellent people person.
Essential Job Functions:
Efficiency (Goal is 95% Raw without Training)
Qualifications:
Education & Certifications: Bachelor Degree with a focus on textile/apparel management preferred or equivalent work experience
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of work in an apparel manufacturing facility managing production and/or quality preferred
Language: Bilingual - English/Spanish, preferred
Key Competencies:
Ability to run, process and understand NSA Reports:
Working Conditions: Temperature controlled environment
