What to expect:

  • Management of know-how and product portfolio in the field of welding technology (robots, robotic cells, welding packages).
  • Proactive control of the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to implementation of the product roadmap.
  • Creation of the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and unique selling points.
  • Research and validation of market and technology trends, including deriving business and product strategies.
  • Continuous market analysis and benchmarking of competitor products.
  • Creation of use cases, sales and marketing content.
  • Coordination and close collaboration with R&D, sales, and marketing within EMEA.
  • Product marketing / representation of product and process expertise at conferences, trade shows, webinars, etc.
  • Approximately 30% travel, including international.

What we expect:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, marketing, industrial engineering, automation engineering, or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar role, including at least 3 years in product management.
  • Experience and knowledge in robotics and/or welding technology.
  • Practical experience as a welding engineer is a plus.
  • Project management skills and strong organizational talent.
