- Provide excellent and courteous customer service by receiving calls and understanding customer requirements and needs. This will include correctly capturing customer requests in the company's ERP system - Sea soft.
- Learn and maintain high levels of product knowledge to properly service customers.
- Develop and maintain professional relations with customer to grow relationships.
- Working as an advisor, inform customer of items not ordered or out of stock per regular ordering process. Offer appropriate alternatives that meet customer needs.
- Ensure accuracy of customer information and ensure data entry into company ERP is correct.
- Partner with Drivers and Outside Sales to ensure customer requirements are met in a timely fashion.
- Perform other duties as required by the VP of Sales.

- Experience: Demonstrated phone-based customer service. Knowledge of seafood preferred, but not required. Full training is available
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated desire to work in an exciting fast-paced environment.
- Communications: Have highly developed English verbal communication skills.
- Technical: High proficiency in using personal computer and Microsoft Office Suite, including high internet fluency. ERP experience a plus.
