For more information, please visit Elk Grove Village, IL office is looking for a Client Service Associate to serve as the liaison between the client and the Financial Advisor (FA).

You will work with all aspects of the client experience, including financial paperwork and financial account review preparation.
The salary target for this role is $52, $64,000.00 depending on experience.
We select our initial compensation target using national compensation survey data.

When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers.

We encourage you to apply and provide us with your compensation expectations when you do. We're big on open conversations, so, let's have one. Primary Job FunctionsSupport Financial Advisors and their clients by leading and implementing the client service model.

Facilitate new account set up at the custodial and broker dealer level; follow up on fund transfersResponds to and resolve client requests; complete necessary financial paperwork to execute client recommendations, change beneficiaries, establish trusts, etc.

Ensures accurate completion of prospect / new client paperwork/set upMaintains (CRM) database and client files (Filing, copies, data input)

Research and follow up on any issues with the Broker/Dealer, WEG Operations, and vendorsRecord incoming assets to the appropriate blotting toolLearn Company product suitability guidelines, financial operational processes, and financial sales processesSupport client service functions for all teams as requested.

Education/Qualifications4-year degree preferred1-3 years of customer service /administrative experience is required; preferably in Wealth ManagementFinancial administration experience is a plusStrong interpersonal skills required to develop team and client relationshipsProfessional presence and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and processGood problem-solving skills, ability to work with deadlines and prioritize workProficient with Microsoft OfficeSalesforce experience a plusIND123#LI-Onsite#LI-JV1Comprehensive Benefits OfferingsOur benefits aim to balance four key elements that make life and work meaningful:
