We are looking for a Workplace Service Associate to join our rapidly growing Workplace group.

This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth running of our HQ operations on a day to day basis.

The role will be an integral part of the team in maintaining and supporting a clean and vibrant office environment.


Ways you will make a difference:

  • Assist with day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth-running, organized, and clean office environment to maximize the employee experience and productivity
  • Ensure the office, kitchen area, and shared spaces are clean & well stocked at all times
  • Follow set operating procedures to ensure the office environment stays organized as we grow
  • Support in the maintenance of office supply inventory
  • Maintain mail and package service
  • Provide a consistent and high level of hospitality to employees and guests
  • Assist with special projects as necessary

Skills that will make you successful:

  • 2+ years' experience in customer service, hospitality, or office support services
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem solving skills

Experiences that will support your success:

  • Strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities with an appropriate sense of urgency
  • Great interpersonal skills and a positive, outgoing personality
  • Driven and selfstarting personality
