Guest Service Associates will work with the Operations Department on match days to assist withestablishing and maintaining a superior level of customer satisfaction for Red Stars fans and
attendees. This is an hourly, paid position where associates are required to work multiple
Chicago Red Stars home games at SeatGeek Stadium.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome fans, provide directions and distribute promotional items as fans enter the gates
- Enhance the positive journey for fans by answering questions and ensuring any customer
- Ensure a safe environment for fans by reporting any potential safety hazards
- Assist with other fanrelated match day tasks as necessary
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years & older
- Must be available to work 80% of all home matches
- Must be able to undertake a combination of walking, standing, or moving throughout the
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude
- Must possess some knowledge of the NWSL and the Chicago Red Stars with the
- Must be a team player who demonstrates initiative and can solve problems collaboratively
- Ability to be flexible and work in a fastpaced environment
- Friendly demeanor and comfortable interacting with fans.
- May be asked to utilize a radio to share information after employment introductory period.
- Must have access to transportation to get to/from SeatGeek Stadium in Bridgeview, IL.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
