Experienced Pastor and Helper in Human Services, Customer Service, and Education seeks position in Workforce Development, recruiting, or Student Adising.

I volunteered as a Facilitator for the Power Employment Seminars WorkNet Northern Cook County, a division of the Illinois Department of Employment Security.  I have adult education and teaching experience as a Lutheran Pastor.  I have gained 6.5 years of customer service and advising experience as a Human Services Caseworker for the Illinois Department of Human Services.  I also have customer service experience as a Reference and Adult Services Librarian, a Night Librarian for a Community College, and as a User Services Intern for Northwestern University Schaffner Library.

I hold a Specialist in Education degree from Walden University in Leadership for Social Change in Education.  The degree centered on providing career development education and services for underserved groups.  I also hold a Master of Arts in Library and Information Science from Dominican University centering on library services and Special Collections.  My M.Div. is in Parish Ministry.  My Bachelor of Arts is in General Studies with concentrations in German and Sociology.
