    We are looking for a seasoned, savvy, and fast-paced Receptionist to add to our team

    Ideally, we are hoping for a dynamic, energetic, and polished professional that is a quick learner and excels in a fast-paced environment.

    This position is Monday- Friday, 9 am-5:30 pm, and is located in Littleton, Colorado in our office.

    Building Services Group or better known as General Steel Corporation has been in business for 20 years and advertises with top media personalities and major networks spending millions in advertising each year. Some of our clients consist of Tesla, Mercedes, GM, Disney, and NASA to name a few

    With impressive retention company-wide, we are strictly looking for an individual that is hoping to start a long-term position with us.

    What to expect?

     Each month we receive 2, incoming construction project leads.

     Ability to answer and connect incoming calls to the appropriate and correct staff members.

     Ability to greet all guests and ensure they sign in.

     Retrieve, sort, and distribute mail daily, this includes all incoming packages and deliveries.

     Responsible for good housekeeping of the lobby and the receptionist area.

     Answer general questions and redirect guests to the correct department.

     Sending outgoing packages via FedEx, USPS & UPS.

     Ability to be a team player and provide backup support to other areas as needed or assigned.

     Assisting our Vice President of Marketing in daily tasks on platforms, such as Facebook, etc.

    What's an ideal candidate?

     High-paced receptionist experience.

     Excellent communications skills.

     Able to multi-task and have extensive computer skills.

     Professional-Positive attitude.

     Comfortable being the first face our visitors see.

     Excellent customer service skills.

     Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented.

     Front office environment requiring long periods of sitting.

     Must be dependable.

     Familiarity with Salesforce.

     Marketing experience is preferred.

    Clean background required.

    Compensation : $18 - $20 hourly. Depending on experience.
