We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform. This role requires a deep understanding of PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents. This role is mainly done remotely unless project requires the occasional on-site collaboration in the Charleston, SC area.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Apps canvas and model-driven apps.
Create complex workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Implement chatbots and virtual agents using Power Virtual Agents.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Provide technical guidance and best practices for Power Platform development.
Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem.
Actively participate in the Microsoft CoE, sharing knowledge, best practices, and ensuring adherence to governance and standards.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the team's Power Platform knowledge.
Data Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with various data sources, such as SharePoint, SQL databases, cloud services, and third-party applications.
Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve technical issues within Power Platform solutions, ensuring smooth functionality and performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Power Platform development.
Candidate must possess a Microsoft PL-300 (power BI certification)
Proven expertise in PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents.
Strong understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem, including connectors, gateways, and data integrations.
Experience with integrating Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services like Azure, Dynamics 365, etc.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Salary: $60,000+ to align with education & experience
