Job Overview:

  • Serve as a dynamic Tenant Retention Specialist dedicated to fostering tenant satisfaction and loyalty through toptier service and engagement.
  • Play an integral role in creating a vibrant, connected community, both inperson and online, leveraging CRM tools and social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and dismantle the lobby coffee service, providing residents with a delightful start and end to their day.
  • Spearhead the development and upkeep of the community's digital footprint, crafting engaging content for social media and the community website.
  • Provide professional concierge services during weekends, delivering personalized assistance and a hospitable reception to all residents and guests.
  • Design and execute a resident milestone recognition program, celebrating personal events to foster community spirit and connection.
  • Work in concert with the property management team to devise and implement tenant engagement and retention strategies, including the organization of community events that enrich the residential experience.
  • Actively monitor and address online reviews and feedback, using insights to enhance service quality and resolve concerns swiftly.
  • Regularly conduct tenant satisfaction surveys to capture feedback and identify opportunities for service enhancements or new amenities.
  • Maintain meticulous records of tenant interactions, preferences, and feedback, enabling personalized service and recognition of key tenant milestones.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Strong digital literacy, with experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a flair for building relationships.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problemsolving and community building.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
