Description

The Schwarz IT department is responsible for managing the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions for companies within the Schwarz Group.

This includes selecting, providing, operating, and continuously developing IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications.

In order to support the business processes of various departments with optimal IT solutions, Schwarz IT consults with them to understand their requirements and collaborates to develop professional and high-performance IT solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Contributing to the development of innovative concepts and measures to increase information security for all employees within the group
Designing new content for groupwide security awareness trainings
Assisting with the planning and execution of internal phishing campaigns
Collecting data on awareness measures and preparing them for different interest groups
Collaborating with information security officers from over 30 countries to develop suitable awareness measures

Your profile should include:

A degree in (business) informatics, a related field, or equivalent qualifications with professional experience
Previous experience in the field of security awareness
Creativity and a desire to develop innovative and unique awareness measures
Strong communication skills in both German and English, both written and verbal
