For my client in the direct-to-consumer business, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual as a Security Product Manager (m/w/d) eCommerce.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and resolving all disputes in the online shop and digital services (App Store, etc.).
- Prevention and detection of fraud cases using common technologies.
- Development and implementation of processes for fraud prevention.
- Consolidation and analysis of relevant data.
- Development and measurement of relevant KPIs.
- Collaboration with various teams (sales, customer service, product, logistics, legal, finance, SCM, etc.).
- Providing monthly reports and regular analyses on trends and chargeback amounts.
- Continuously improving fraud management.
- Implementing technical solutions for fraud management in collaboration with platform management.
Skills:
- Completed degree or training with a business background.
- Experience in fraud and dispute management.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel).
- Experience in e-commerce/online shop environment.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge of various payment methods such as Adyen, Paypal, Klarna, Consors, etc.
