Brick Staffing is re seeking an individual who will desire a long-term commitment and a desire to help our client grow to the next level. You will start out as a temporary-to-hire employee for the company (CO leader in blinds and window coverings industry) in a full-time capacity, where occasional overtime will be needed. Our client will provide the following: extensive product training; all required tools and materials; a company van for measures & installs; quality products from Hunter Douglas and other industry leaders and outstanding supportive company culture and collaborative team approach.
This position will involve in-shop hands on direct fabrication of fully operable window coverings for some of the most complex and challenging window shapes in our industry. A primary focus of this position will be fabrication of triangle, trapezoid, pentagon, arched and other specialty shape window blinds. You will also be hands on with measurements and installation of product at customers' homes. Each day will present different challenges and a solution oriented and engaged mindset will be required to excel in this position. Extensive training will be provided, and direct industry experience is not required.
Use of basic shop tools and ladders will be a part of this position.
