The Martha O'Bryan Center, the backbone agency for The Tennessee Alliance for Economic Mobility (TAEM), is currently looking for a key position to contribute to the success of the collaborative effort.

    The role of TAEM Director of Partnerships and Process is crucial in supporting the TAEM pilot by providing leadership to partners, facilitating meetings, team development, and continuous improvement efforts. This full-time position, based at the Martha O'Bryan Center, plays a significant role in fostering economic empowerment and prosperity in Tennessee. Reporting to TAEM's leadership, the Director will be responsible for liaising with partners, the backbone team, and stakeholders.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The TAEM Director of Partnerships and Process leads partners, supports TAEM staff, and facilitates various meetings to ensure the success of TAEM's initiatives. The role involves coordinating communication, agenda creation, and continuous improvement processes.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Leadership of TAEM partners
      • Serves as the primary contact for partners, addressing issues and ensuring requests are resolved.
      • Enhances partner efficacy, collaboration, and growth through onboarding and strategy development.
      • Provides essential support to partners.
    • Supports TAEM Senior Managers and staff through effective communication.
    • Leads agenda creation and facilitation for various team meetings.
    • Drives continuous improvement processes and problem-solving efforts.
    • Represents TAEM at key meetings and engages in collaborative projects.
    • Coordinates partner communications and ensures compliance with regulations.
    • Plans and organizes team development activities and celebrations.
    • Assumes leadership responsibilities in the absence of TAEM's leadership.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    Skills and Abilities Required:

    • Ability to lead teams collaboratively and manage conflicts effectively.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficient in process and project management.
    • Organized with excellent time management skills.
    • Exercises good judgment and courtesy in interactions.
    • Comfortable with project management tools.

    Experience Preferred:

    • Experience in partnership and continuous improvement management.

    Travel and Special Conditions:

    • Travel required with mileage reimbursement.

    Salary: $65,000-$75,000
