    We are looking for someone with a collaborative, "lead by example" mindset who will become a subject matter expert on all facets of our business unit accounting to provide support relative to the budgetary and operational accounting needs of assigned branches.

    This position will require working knowledge of processes at all levels including payroll, contract renewal, invoicing, and AP/AR functionality

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years in a business accounting role
    • AA or BS in Accounting a plus
    • Advanced math, bookkeeping, and accounting skills
    • Ability to mentor and develop existing and incoming team members to build bench strength

    • Strong communication skills including active listening
    • Great customer service skills, including interpersonal conversation, patience, and empathy
