We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Clerk to join our team.

As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization.


Responsibilities:

Maintain and update files and records, both electronic and physical
Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate databases
Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
Answer and direct phone calls and take messages as necessary
Greet and assist visitors in a professional, friendly manner
Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for pickup or shipment


Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and copiers
