Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Provide information about products, services, and company policies to customers
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department as needed
Follow call center scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service
Use computer systems to access and update customer accounts, record interactions, and track progress
Meet or exceed established performance metrics, such as call quality, average handle time, and customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
