    Description

    Director of Finance and Operations at Crew Facilities

    The Director of Finance and Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the business to foster substantial and sustainable growth. This position involves managing various aspects including daily accounting, human resources, cultural transformations, and technology operations, focusing on revenue enhancement, personnel development, strategic planning, product innovation, and partnerships.

    Collaborating with the CEO, VP, Advisory Board, and Consultants, the Director of Finance and Operations will implement the corporate strategic plan emphasizing strategic planning, financial management, technology strategies, operational processes, and fostering a positive organizational culture.

    • Financial Performance Assessment and Evaluation
    • Implementation of Financial Systems and Software
    • Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting
    • Accounting, General Ledger, and Process Control
    • Financial Management and Cash Flow Supervision
    • Financial Relations and Policy Development
    • Team Management in Accounting and Technology
    • Technology and Software Supervision
    • Efficient Process Management
    • Human Resources Oversight
    • Additional Leadership Responsibilities

    Requirements:

    • 5-7 years of Management or Director level experience
    • Skilled in transitioning from strategic vision to daily operations
    • Experience in team building and talent development
    • Demonstrated ability to create a positive organizational culture
    • Flexible, adaptable, and exceptional communication skills
    • Proficiency in various software programs and systems
    • Background in Operations, Finance, and Human Resources
    • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
    • Background, reference, and credit check mandatory
