    Description
    Insight Global is seeking a team of Content Strategist/UX Writers to support an experience design portfolio of work. The consultant will be supporting a digital design channel of work.

    Candidates will be responsible for creating new end to end content strategies and new architecture for user experience copy, product and consumer facing application writing with text and page layouts.

    There will be a digital aspect to this role in which consultants will support digital branding updates and page navigation layouts.

    Understanding of end-to-end customer experiences to ensure Content Strategy is consistent in voice, tone and construction is important in this role.

    This role will require copywriting or UX writing to be able to create new content for customer experiences for digital products.

    He or she will be aligning writing styles and content strategy to consumer experiences.

    On a day to day candidates will contribute to UX writing and Content Strategy sessions, review new prototypes to makes sure they accurately represent content strategies, and write, edit and implement writing based on customer centric site and mobile application goals.

    Required Skills & Experience

    2+ years of experience in a UX Writing, Content Strategy role
    Background with information architecture, navigation (headers), page layout strategy
    Proficient background in copywriting or UX writingwriting, editing and implementation of copy aligned to voice and tone
    Experience working with service blueprints and brand guidelines
    Ability to take initiative and strong attention to detail
    Experience in an agile environment and communicating with stakeholders, such as UX Designers and Experience Design Managers
    Understanding of Figma and design related tools

    Nice to Have Skills & Experience

    Portfolio with Content Strategy or UX Writing/Copywriting examples
    Ability to think through interaction models
