- Develop and implement a product strategy and roadmap to expand the customer base, increase revenue, and enhance customer retention
- Collaborate with Product leadership to establish and execute product requirements for new AI features and products
- Perform market research, analyze competitors, and gather customer feedback to gain valuable business insights
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver top-notch products within set timelines
- Lead the entire product development process from ideation to launch
- Define key product metrics and performance indicators to evaluate product success
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resources and maximize product impact
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and challenges
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams on field enablement and go-to-market strategies
- Work with stakeholders to streamline product execution processes

- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B MarTech firm or B2B SaaS startup
- Demonstrated success in implementing AI strategies that drive tangible business outcomes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective collaboration and stakeholder management
- Experience in user research, usability testing, and data analysis to support product decisions
- Data-driven approach to identifying problems, opportunities, and solutions
