Production Manager (m/f/d) in full-time at our location in Shorewood Hills, WI.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for managing, organizing, and further developing our inhouse production
You coordinate the staff and machinery while meeting deadlines, quantities, and quality requirements
You lead our production team and manage the daytoday operations
You develop measures to reduce error rates, increase productivity, and lower costs, and implement them with your team
You are not afraid to analyze important production key figures and take responsibility for workplace safety in our production

Your profile

You have a degree in a technical field (production engineering, mechanical engineering) or a qualification as a technician/master
You have initial experience in production planning and control, particularly in handling series production and prototypes
You have good knowledge in areas such as CNC bending, CNC turning, CNC milling, drilling, and
