    Nationality

    Hold ASEAN Nationality or any Nationality of the Chapter Countries.

    If you are non-ASEAN and Non-Chapter Countries but reside in ASEAN or Chapter Countries, you may apply the local chapters.

    Language

    We are using English as our main language in ASEAN Youth Organization.

    If you have difficulties, do not hesitate to reach your peers and learn together Local language are also acceptable in some occasions.

    Compress and export final video projects for delivery to clients or distribution on various platforms.
    Ensure that all video content meets legal and copyright requirements.

    Understand the design requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines to produce compelling visuals.
    Maintain consistency in visual elements across all design projects to ensure brand recognition. Adhere to brand guidelines and incorporate brand identity elements, such as colors, typography, and imagery, into the designs.

    The

    Partnerships Manager

    will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships for the ASEAN Youth Organization.

    The successful candidate will have a strong track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with partners across the ASEAN region, and will play a key role in helping the organization achieve its mission of empowering young people in the region.


    Requirements:
    18 to 35 years old
    Interested in ASEAN and Youth activities
    Willing to fully commit to responsibilities and regulations
    Have strong leadership capabilities, good at communication, team-working and self-oriented.

    Responsibility:


    Coordinate directly with the Country Director, provide orientation to the internal team, and work closely with other country Partnership Managers.

    Identify and cultivate partnerships with organizations, foundations, corporations, and other entities that align with the mission of the ASEAN Youth Organization
    Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, corporate leaders, and civil society organizations
    Manage partnerships throughout the lifecycle, from initial outreach to ongoing communication and reporting
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that partnerships are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
    Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities
    Develop and execute partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring that all parties are aligned on objectives and deliverables
    Monitor and evaluate the impact of partnerships, tracking key performance indicators and ensuring that partnerships are delivering on their commitments
    Represent the organization at events, conferences, and other public forums, building awareness and credibility in the sector
    Perform other duties as needed and assigned.

    The

    Marketing and Communication Officer


    will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and communication strategies to raise the profile of the ASEAN Youth Organization chapter and its initiatives across the ASEAN region.

    The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other key stakeholders to drive engagement, increase awareness, and promote the organization's vision, mission, and values to target audiences.

    Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote the ASEAN Youth Organization local chapter and its programs and initiatives.

    Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, and sponsors, to ensure maximum exposure for the organization.
    Manage the organization's social media platforms, website, and other communication channels to engage with members and the wider public.
    Develop and oversee the production of marketing and communication materials, including press releases, brochures, and newsletters.
    Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and communication strategies and recommend changes as necessary.
    Develop and manage budgets for marketing and communication activities.
    Provide support for events and conferences hosted by the organization.
    Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
