    Park School is a non-sectarian, independent, coeducational day school located in Baltimore, MD. Founded in 1912, the school has over 800 students in pre-kindergarten through grade twelve.

    Park School follows the progressive educational philosophy of John Dewey and is committed to inclusiveness and equity in all programs and activities.

    Role Description
    This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Donor Relations and Community Engagement. The Director will be responsible for overseeing planned giving, annual giving, alumni relations, philanthropy, and donor relations programs.

    The Director will work closely with the school's leadership, board of trustees, and development team to cultivate and steward relationships with donors and engage the school community.

    Qualifications
    Experience in planned giving, annual giving, and donor relations
    Strong knowledge of fundraising principles and practices
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders
    Experience in alumni relations and community engagement
    Passion for education and commitment to equity
    Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
    Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
    CFRE certification or willingness to obtain certification
