    Having achieved a 2.2 growth in ARR projected for 2023, boasting a network of 160+ partners and serving over 250 clients globally, DRUID AI remains steadfast in its mission to furnish employees with a smart virtual assistant that streamlines work processes.

    We are in search of a proactive and driven Technical Support Specialist to come onboard and undertake a pivotal role in guaranteeing our clients' triumphs through exceptional technical assistance. The chosen candidate will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient solutions.

    Your responsibilities at DRUID will include:

    • Collaborating with clients and partners to grasp and tackle their technical obstacles concerning our products
    • Identifying and resolving technical issues raised by clients and partners, ensuring prompt and efficient resolutions
    • Offering technical advice and support to clients and partners regarding the implementation and utilization of our products
    • Working closely with diverse teams to grasp the technical aspects of ongoing projects
    • Maintaining meticulous records of technical issues and their solutions
    • Identifying areas for enhancement in products and procedures to elevate customer contentment

    What you'll need to bring to DRUID:

    • Demonstrated experience in a technical support position, preferably within the IT/automation or software post-implementation sector
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in English is essential, proficiency in other languages is advantageous
    • Capability to handle multiple priorities in a lively and fast-paced setting
    • Positive and cooperative attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support
    • Familiarity with various technical tools and programming languages, such as database management systems (MS SQL, Oracle), JavaScript, API (REST/SOAP), UiPath RPA, CSS, data entities, and data types
