    Description
    Well-established Heavy Civil Contractor with strong reputations in the Tennessee, Texas, and Florida market. They desire hard-working individuals who have experience in Civil projects including sitwork, bridgework, highways and foundations.
    This candidate will travel across the U.S. working on their premier projects.

    My client is a forward thinking and progressive civil contractor with an eye for top talent and a support structure that allows them to continually grow the business into a top-rated and top-performing company.

    They structure themselves for growth which allows increasing visibility and helps land them interesting work while still being less than two decades old.

    They are tech-savvy and are always looking to improve their operations.
    Civil Project Manager will be responsible for the following:
    Overseeing and directing civil projects
    Directs and supervises work of project administration staff and construction engineers, as well as works in partnership with project superintendents to establish operational priorities
    Responsible for forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project estimates
    Responsible for problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment and contracts/subcontracts administration
    Coordinates with construction Safety Manager to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with established safety goals
    Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers
    Maintain appropriate documentation through project such as RFI logs and change orders
    Successful Project Manager will have the following:
    ~5+ years of previous experience working with a Civil Contractor
    ~ Be willing and able to travel across the U.Experience as Lead Project manager on Civil highway and bridge projects
    ~ Bachelor's Degree a plus but not required
    ~ Must have experience running projects from start to finish
    ~ Strong software and technology skills is a plus
    ~ Time Management Skills - making sure everything is on time and completed thoroughly
    ~ Experience managing teams is a plus
    ~ Up to date on the Construction Market and the newest technology
