We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Portfolio Landscape Production Manager to join our team and help us continue our tradition of excellence.

The Portfolio Landscape Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production and maintenance of landscape projects and lawn care across a designated portfolio.

This role requires a detail-oriented and highly organized professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all work meets our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of landscape maintenance and installation projects within the assigned portfolio.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of landscape and lawn care crews, ensuring timely and efficient project completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents and custom clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
• Collaborate with Operations and Construction Management, and the Design and Sales teams to ensure seamless project transitions and client communication.
• Manage inventory and procurement of materials and equipment.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project status, costs, and performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in landscape management, horticulture, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in landscape project management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, lawn care, plant materials, and irrigation systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Pay:
$80, $90,000.00 per year
