- Manage and oversee all financial activities for the plant, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
- Analyze financial performance and key metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
- Develop and maintain accurate financial models to support decision-making and drive business growth
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on financial matters
- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound business recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications
- Knowledge of GAAP and experience with financial reporting requirements
