SUMMARY:

The Finance Manager will be responsible for analyzing and reporting business unit performance, supporting business leaders and cross functional teams to drive profitable growth and return on investment, and leading and maintaining a strong internal control environment.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Analyze and report business unit performance on a monthly and quarterly basis, focusing on critical business drivers.
  • Partner with Accounting team to ensure accuracy of financial statements, including monthly close processes.
  • Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting efforts including free cash flow.
  • Analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal financial performance by product line.
  • Assist with external audit requests.
  • Assist with financial models prepared in support of new business.
  • Maintain frequent communication with and provide guidance and support to AAR leadership.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance financial and operational performance.
  • Build partnerships and strong rapport with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Work on problems of diverse scope with a thorough analysis of data and industry insight.
  • Efficiently utilize & master data systems to improve reporting and analysis.
  • Assist and/or lead Ad hoc requests.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from fouryear college or university
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • CPA Preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced Pivot table skills.
  • Infor/Lawson, PBCS & DOMO experience preferred.
