Finance Manager - Procurement

  • Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
  • Monday
  • Friday; Hours will vary.

  • Must be willing to travel to Downers Grove Corporate Office.
  • Duly Health and Care is looking for a highly qualified _
    _Finance Manager__ to support the _
    _Procurement__ organization. This role will lead the various finance activities related to strategic procurement to support the delivery of the company's goals and initiatives._


The Finance Manager for Procurement will be responsible for the financial planning and analysis for Procurement with an annual direct and indirect spend of ~$1B.

Responsibilities will include the financial analysis and oversight of various direct and indirect categories, procurement activities, savings validation and tracking, financial modeling, predictive and data analytics.


Responsibilities:


  • Finance lead to the Procurement team supporting the delivery of business results.
  • Supports the Procurement and Operations functions in the development of the annual operating plan and provide timely insights into operational results and trends.
  • Supports the Procurement team on all direct and indirect spend management and cost savings initiatives.
  • Prepares forecasts and projections on new and existing products and services.
  • Prepares and examines account reconciliations.
  • Lead cost planning and forecasting, accounting and reporting, by category and specialty.
  • Provides proactive insights and awareness of spending trends on a monthly basis.
  • Leads monthly drug updates, procurement scorecards, and dashboards.
  • Provides financial reporting to and reviews financial statements with the Senior Management Team.
  • Assists with ad hoc analysis and reporting to senior leadership ensuring a high degree of accuracy and business insights and recommendations.
  • Builds and maintains strong, collaborative crossfunctional partnerships across the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement short
- and long-term strategies to support organizational operations and deliver Supply Chain transformation initiatives.

  • Tackle ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize business strategies.
  • Ability to structure and prioritize tasks and focus team efforts in a fastpaced, resultsdriven, sometimes ambiguous environment.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required, MBA preferred.

EXPERIENCE:


  • Five years of experience working in finance or accounting required. Healthcare experience highly preferred.
  • Must have experience working in procurement finance, cost accounting, and inventory finance.
  • Previous experience working with D365 and Power BI highly recommended.
