- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to track revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions and records.
- Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting and forecasting processes to optimize financial performance.
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance, including sales tax, payroll tax, and income tax filings in coordination with our accounting firm.
- Organize, proof and deliver finance paperwork from the finance desk.
- Maintain all of the dealerships title work, ensuring accuracy of sales tax,plates fees and titles.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a retail or dealership environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
