Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team.

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.

This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain relationships with customers
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Assist in training development for new employees, ensuring they are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing documents, managing office supplies, and processing invoices
  • Manage schedules and calendars for executives and staff members
  • Communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization

Experience:


  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in administrative tasks such as document management and scheduling
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay:
From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
