- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- At least three years of experience in waste water management or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a team and handling budgetary responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook is a plus.
- This position may involve working in varying weather conditions and dealing with strong odors.
- Office and field environment with some physical activities like light lifting and bending.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Plant Manager to lead our treatment facility operations. The Plant Manager will provide leadership to drive all facility functions, maximizing revenue and profit while ensuring excellent customer service, managing expenses, and adhering to safety and compliance requirements. The Plant Manager has full P&L responsibility, supervising plant and administrative employees, and maintaining operational excellence in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
