Your responsibilities

As a Site Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and high-quality execution of turnkey projects in the HV AC and DC sectors, as well as providing technical leadership to technicians and subcontractors (m/f/d). Other tasks include:

  • Mobilization of the construction site and coordination/resource planning of all internal/external interfaces for high-quality project execution
  • Monitoring of on-site execution
  • Ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards and training of internal and external team members
  • Participation in project and construction meetings, including presenting status and progress reports, as well as on-site inspections
  • Daily documentation of work performed and report writing
  • Structured and effective process design, as well as creating instructions and method descriptions
  • Shared responsibility and support for effective and structured processes
