- Supports customers at the highest levels in the development and implementation of doctrine and policies.
- Applies expertise to government and commercial common user systems, as well as to dedicated special purpose systems requiring specialized security features and procedures. Examples could include command and control–related networks.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and will independently perform a wide variety of complicated tasks.
- May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top–level contributor/specialist.
- May lead and direct the work of others
- BS degree in relevant field of study required.
