    We are a mission partner supporting DoD, Intelligence, and Civil space customers. We develop complex radiation effects mitigated designs that balance competing requirements in modern space programs, delivering cutting-edge solutions that enable our customers to achieve more in space.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    PM3 Program Manager is responsible for the Cost, Schedule, and Customer Interface of 1 primary flight unit project. Must be experienced in managing programs of a technical nature, and at least 1 complete program for Space application is desired. Must be familiar with schedule creation, managing contract requirements, statements of work, and be proficient in Excel. Minimal management guidance from peers, PM4 or SR. PM is expected for this position. The PM3 will provide guidance and training to the lower-level PMs and will create methods of management to help improved Program Management processes and procedures. A PMP certification is required.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

    Minimum BS in Engineering, Management, or related degree

    Strong MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel, Project, and Power Point

    PMP required

    U.S. Citizenship required
